Scorers - Woody 3T: Jesse 2T: Cillian T: Ted T: Josh T: Lenny C
A solid performance to score 8 tries and nil the opposition. In parts we played some good stuff and were deserved winners. Pleasing to see the structure working and some good teamwork on show. We lost a bit of shape in the 2nd half, as the game opened up but we ruthlessly exploited the opportunities that came our way. A good mornings work!
MOTM - A hat trick for Woody and an unselfish and hard working display from Josh in the midfield were both strong contenders, but today's award goes to Cillian - aggressive running, clever offloading and great defence.
DOTD - Martin, for daring to challenge the referee on whether a line out throw was straight!
Plenty to work on for next week fellas. Can we please make an effort to train on Thursday, so that we are well prepared and ready for our next league game versus Thanet on Sunday.
