Dartford Valley RFC

Aylesford Bulls put together one of their most complete performances in years in a ten-try rout of Dartford Valley.
A week after snatching defeat from the jaws of victory at Thanet, Bulls made amends in the most comprehensive of ways, scoring 65 points and conceding none.
Barnaby Brown and Russell Trundle had a hat trick apiece and Fin Ashdown-Denney’s try was complemented by six conversions and a penalty to bring his tally for the afternoon to 20 points.
Ashdown-Denney opened the scoring after ten minutes with a penalty before captain Ben Pass crossed inside 20.
Brown had a brace before George Ayers added a try to bring the half time score to 29-0.
Trundle got a second half hat trick in the space of 20 minutes.
Scrum half Luke Curtis scooted over, then Ashdown-Denney before Brown brought proceedings to a close with his third.
Coach Jon Alderton said: “I’m incredibly proud of the boys performance, we showed we can stick to a game plan but also do the hard graft in defence, ultimately not allowing a big Dartford pack to cross the line. We’ll be working hard at training ahead of Medway to progress further up the table.”
Bulls, now sixth in Counties Two, head to Medway on Saturday.
Bulls 2nd XV went down 37-17 away to Weavering.
