Kent U8’Ss Minis Festival

Aylesford Bulls RFC are looking forward to welcoming you to this year U8’s Kent Festival.
Games will be played on Feryfield recreation park Station Road Aylesford Kent – next door to the rugby club & on club pitches . Games will start promptly at 10am with the aim to be completed by 2pm.
All Car parking will be at Ferry Field Recreation Park . We also respectfully ask that everyone is considerate to our neighbours, and they only use the allocated car parking. Please ensure you advise your teams of the new parking restriction around the ground. All cars are parked at the drivers own risk. The car park will not open till 8:45 so please ask all parents not to arrive before this time.
All players must have a valid RFU ID number & be handed in at the control tent from 9am. Tony Merlini will be head referee for this event, If you need advice or support during the festival please speak to him. A Referees Briefing will take place at 9:45am by the control tent.
Each team entered must have a designated referee/coach and each team will be asked to assist with referring each team should have a nominated first aider. Additional first aiders have been provided by Kent to all festivals.
Admission to the festivals will be £2.50 per Adult, each adult will be provided with a wrist band which must be worn by all adults.
Dogs are they allowed on site but must be keep on a dog, off all pitches and unfortunately we do ask they are kept out of the clubhouse
No games will be rescheduled.
Only hot Food and refreshments brought on site maybe consumed during the event. Please bring water/ snack and picnic food however soft drinks will be available throughout the event, these will be available on the day from our outside at our BBQ next to the control tent.
