Starting Thursday 5th June, preseason will be running EVERY Thursday in June & EVERY Tuesday & Thursday throughout July & August.
The sessions will be a mixture of mobility & injury prevention including:
> ball skills handling
> cardio
> weight exercises
All training will be both on field & using our onsite gym, with game play introduction from August onwards.
There will be some SPECIAL GUEST sessions from:
- Kieran Gray
- Steve Brown
- Yoga Session
